Water and electric are metered to the Lodge, so you only pay for what you use. All appliances are electric, including the central heating. The lodge is fully sited on Plot 2 here at Woodlands Park and is skirted in Welsh stone. There is a parking space directly behind the lodge, with access via a short gravelled path right to the steps of the Lodge. Additional parking is also available close by. Site Fees for the 2018 Season (which is 365 days) are £4,080 and are payable in advance pro rata. For the 2019 Season Site Fees will then be payable quarterly in advance. Business rates are also applied (rather than Council Tax). Please note Woodlands Park is NOT a residental park - lodges and chalets are available strictly for holiday home usage only.

Lodge Ownership running costs:

·        Site Fees for 2019 are £1,050.60 per quarter – payable quarterly in advance

on the 1st Mar, 1st Jun, 1st Sep, 1st Dec each year

·        Business Rates are payable on the 1st of April each year (or pro rata if you join us after the 1st of April)

         For the financial year 2019/20 they are £348.00 for a twin unit and £221.00 for a single unit.

         Business Rates are payable instead of Council Tax for your holiday home.

·        Water and electric are individually metered & paid every quarter in arrears.

·        Gas is delivered & connected for you when required.

·        Holiday home insurance must be in arranged with your own provider.
