·         Bathroom – large shower cubicle with electric shower, basin & toilet

·         Private patio in front of the chalet with outside furniture

·         Pitch Fees are £309 per month, payable quarterly in advance. 

·         Council Tax which is Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council 

·         Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage - which is paid on a 'fair usage proportion basis' by each chalet. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears directly to the park

·         Holiday Home Insurance for your holiday home which you must arrange (but with the insurance provider of your choice).
