·         Bedroom One with double bed, single built in wardrobe & bedside table

·         Bedroom Two has a single bed but can also fit a double bed or two single beds. It also has a bedside table and a single built in wardrobe

·         Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Fully double glazed.

·         Laminate to both bedrooms and living area

·         Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of base and wall units, an electric oven/grill, separate hob, under counter fridge and a sink & drainer.

·         Immersion heater for hot water. Wall mounted electric heaters and a feature fireplace in the lounge.

·         Electricity is metered to the chalet - so you only pay for what you use.

·         The lounge has a large TV, TV unit, reclining chair and sofa too.

·         Bathroom - with electric shower within the shower cubicle, basin & toilet

·         Private South facing patio in front of the chalet with space for outside furniture, BBQ, etc.,

·         Car parking is in front of the holiday home and the holiday home is on level ground.

·         The holiday home is offered for sale fully furnished.

Running costs:

* Pitch Fees of £309 per month payable quarterly in advance on the 1st Mar, 1st Jun, 1st Sep & 1st Dec

* Council Tax Band A payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities – 1) Electric which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage – which is

   paid on a ‘fair usage proportion basis’. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears directly to the park.

* Holiday Home Insurance for your holiday home with the insurance provider of your choice.
