Chalet 68 is a 2 Bedroom chalet comprising:

·        Bedroom One with pine double bed, single built in wardrobe & bedside table

·        Bedroom Two with metal framed single bed and a single futon and a single built in wardrobe

·        Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area

·        Laminate to both bedrooms and living area

·        Kitchen - electric oven/grill, separate halogen hob, under counter fridge, sink & drainer, fitted kitchen with base and wall units and microwave.

·        Immersion heater for hot water. Wall mounted electric heaters.

·        Electricity is metered to the chalet - so you only pay for what you use.

·        Lounge/dining area – two reclining chairs and a three seater sofa, wall mounted TV

·        Bathroom - with electric shower within the shower cubicle, basin & toilet

·        Private patio in front of the chalet with space for outside furniture, BBQ, etc., Bench is included in the sale

·        Car parking is in front of the chalet itself. Chalet is on level ground.

·        The chalet is offered for sale fully furnished and the crockery, cutlery, electrical items, bedding, etc.. will be included in the sale of this chalet.

         (The owner is only taking kettle, toaster, George Forman grill, and the table & chairs plus the statues from outside and some personal items)


* Site Fees are £309 per month payable quarterly in advance

* Council Tax which is Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage - which is paid on a 'fair usage proportion basis' by each chalet. Utility bills are paid quaterly in arrears directly to the park

* Holiday Home Insurance for your chalet which you must arrange (but with the insurance provider of your choice).
