·         Brand new fully fitted Howdens kitchen plus stainless steel sink with drainer and new electric oven with solid 4 burner hob and grill and under counter fridge/freezer.

·         Living area with four seater L shaped sofa, dining room table & four seats, grey TV unit and a floor standing lamp.

·         Fitted with a brand new white post & rail UPVC sun deck with cream deck boards and a lockable gate. Patio furniture set with seating for four people, parasol umbrella with parasol base and foldable glass top table.

·         Fully heated with electric wall mounted heaters with timers have been fitted in the living area and bedrooms and there is a chrome heated towel rail in the bathroom

·         The chalet was fully rewired last year and a 5 year Electrical Installation Condition Report has been completed and passed by a qualified electrician.

Running costs:

* Pitch Fees of £309 per month are payable quarterly in advance on the 1st Mar, 1st Jun, 1st Sep & 1st Dec

* Council Tax Band A payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities – 1) Electric – which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage – which is paid on a ‘fair usage proportion basis’. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears directly to the park.
