· Lounge/dining area - comfortable 3 seater sofa and an armchair, wall mounted TV/DVD and dining room table & 4 chairs. Free standing electric fire in the living area.
· Bathroom – large shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin & toilet
· Private patio with white uPVC post & rail fencing and lockable gate & with patio furniture
· Close to parking
· This chalet is offered for sale fully furnished.
The running costs for a Chalet are:
· Pitch Fees £309 per month, payable quarterly in advance on the 1st Mar, 1st Jun, 1st Sep and 1st Dec
· Council Tax Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council
· Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage - which is paid on a 'fair usage proportion basis' by each chalet.
· Holiday Home Insurance with the insurance provider of your choice.
