·         Utilities – 1) Electric – which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage – which is paid on a ‘fair usage proportion basis’. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears directly to the park.

·         Holiday Home Insurance for your holiday home which you must arrange (with the insurance provider of your choice).
