Bedroom One with double bed, single built in wardrobe & bedside unit
Bedroom Two with twin beds, bedside table, wall mounted storage and single built in wardrobe
Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area
Kitchen - electric oven & grill with  hob, under counter fridge, sink & drainer, fitted kitchen with base and wall units.
Immersion water heater for hot water. Electricity is metered to the chalet - so you only pay for what you use.
Lounge/dining area - comfortable large L shaped faux leather sofa, breakfast bar with stools and wall mounted TV/DVD.
Bathroom - bath and overbath electric shower, wash hand basin & toilet
Private patio in front of the chalet with space for outside furniture, BBQ, etc.,
Close to parking 

Initial purchase costs :

1) Chalet 72 is £10,000 

* Site Fees are £309 per month payable quarterly in advance

* Council Tax which is Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage - which is paid on a 'fair usage proportion basis' by each chalet. Utility bills are paid quaterly in arrears directly to the park

* Holiday Home Insurance for your chalet which you must arrange (but with the insurance provider of your choice).
