Chalet 67

Woodlands Park offers two types of Holiday Home accommodation - Luxury Lodges and Chic Chalets.

 

Chalet 67 is a semi-detached chalet comprising:

·        Bedroom One has two large single beds, a bedside table and a fitted wardrobe

·        Bedroom Two has a large single bed, two storage units with drawers and a canvas wardrobe

·        The fully fitted bathroom was installed last year and comprises a large shower cubicle with sliding doors, vanity unit with china basin and toilet.

·        Fully fitted kitchen with a range of base and overhead storage units. An electric oven, separate halogen hob, stainless steel sink and drainer, microwave, toaster and an under counter fridge.  

·        Living area with sofa which converts into a bed, storage unit, television and portable heater.

·        Laminate flooring has been laid in the lounge kitchen with carpet fitted in both bedrooms.

·        The chalet is fully double glazed in all rooms and with a UPVC front door

·        The chalet is South facing with a private patio 

·        Parking is situated in front of the chalet.

 

It's the perfect holiday home away from home offered fully furnished and sold with all the contents INCLUDED ~ furniture, soft furnishings, TV and electrical appliances. This chalet sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

 

The chalet is available on a lease until July 2022

The running costs for a Chalet are:

* SPite Fees at £300 per month, payable quarterly in advance.

* Council Tax which is Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage - which is paid on a 'fair usage proportion basis' by each chalet. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears directly to the park with an administration charge applied of £13.50 per invoice).

* Holiday Home Insurance for your chalet which you must arrange (but with the insurance provider of your choice).

* Any general maintenance costs as per your chalets requirements. As an owner the maintenance of your chalet is your responsibility. 

Woodlands Park is nestled into a wooded valley in the pretty hamlet of Gilfachreda, just 2 miles from the popular seaside resort of New Quay, Ceredigion. Woodlands offers peace and tranquillity for couples and families alike. There is a children's play park, launderette and free WiFi on the park. WiFi Broadband units are available to purchase for your chalet at an additional cost. The park is dog friendly with direct access to woodland walks and close to the many dog friendly beaches in the area. Woodlands Park is the perfect retreat to enjoy days out and weekends away as the park is open all year.

Woodlands Park is open 365 days a year so you can stay for long weekends and longer breaks whenever you choose. Chalets and Lodges are available for Holiday Home usage ONLY (Please note we are not a residential park).
