·          Private South facing patio in front of the holiday home. The rear of the chalet backs onto the wooded boundary of the park.

·          The holiday home is offered for sale fully furnished - not including the external sotage box pictured. 


The running costs of holiday home ownership here at Woodlands Park are:

 

* Pitch Fees are £318.04 per month payable quarterly in advance.

* Council Tax Band A payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

* Utilities - 1) Electric - which is individually metered and 2) Water/Sewerage

   - which is paid on a 'fair proportion basis'. Utility bills are paid quarterly in arrears

* Holiday Home Insurance for your holiday home which you arrange with the company of your choice
